<br />MOTION TO AMEND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION FOR FORMATION OF A WATER,
<br />CONSERVANCY DISTRicT
<br />
<br />COMES NOW the Paradox Valley Water Conservancy District, by and
<br />through its attorneys, Maynes, Bradford & Shipps, and moves this Court
<br />to amend its Order regarding appointment of Director Ronald J. Steele.
<br />Upon careful consideration, Mr. Steele has determined that he does not
<br />wish to serve on the Board of Directors and, therefore, this body moves
<br />that Clinton Olivet' of the Paradox Valley be named to' replace Mr. Steele
<br />on the Board of Directors. Mr. Oliver is a property owner and long-time
<br />resident in the area and is concerned with the purposes for which the
<br />District is formed.
