Except for the SPECIAL PROVISIONS, in the event of any conflict, inconsistency, variance, or <br />contradiction between the provisions of this Amendment and any of the provisions of the ORIGINAL <br />CONTRACT, the provisions of this Amendment shall in all respects supersede, govem, and control.
