<br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), being more particularly
<br />described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the found Garfield County Survey Monument for the Northeast
<br />Corner of said Section 3; thence S.48008' W, basis of bearing N.89046'40" E.
<br />between found survey monuments on the centerline of Grand Avenue, betwe~n
<br />1st Street and 7th Street in the Town of Silt, Colorado, 2,446.0 feet to the
<br />Point of Beginning, said point of beginning being the radius point of the
<br />77 foot diameter water storage tank; thence S.18005' W, 38.5 feet to the
<br />beginning of the 14 inch diameter water transmission line; thence along
<br />the centerline of said transmission line the following courses: S.24030'
<br />W. 36.5 feet; thence S.05030' E. 133.1 feet; thence S.57029' W. 343.0 feet;
<br />thence S.32031' E. 83.0 feet; thence S.72031' E. 202.3 feet; thence S.14015'
<br />W. 5.0 feet to the Southerly end of the transmission line herein described,
<br />from which point the Northeast corner of said Section 3 bears N.41014'
<br />E. 2,865.4 feet.
