Stream and Lake Protection - Pending Recreational In-Channel Diversion (RICD) <br />Track 2, Start/Stop: 13427 - 21840 <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Adjourn 5:16 <br /> <br />Longmont - A motion was made by Greg Walcher to confirm Felicity Hannay <br />as Hearing Officer and that all deadlines be deferred until after the City of <br />Golden case, The motion was seconded by Bob Burr and approved (8-0), <br />Pueblo - A motion was made by Greg Walcher to table this issue until Friday, <br />March 22, 2002, until Ted Kowalski and Chris Thorn could determine the <br />availability of the Water Court hearing officer and the parties in order to hold <br />a hearing on the RlCD application in late July, The motion was seconded by <br />Keith Catlin and approved (8-0), <br />There was Board consensus to accept an amended order for the deadline for <br />the Board to submit its RlCD recommendations to the Water Court by July 28, <br />2002, The Board's RlCD hearing was set for July 22 to coincide with the July <br />Board, The July Board meeting was delayed until July 23 and 24, 2002 and <br />the meeting location was moved to Pueblo, <br /> <br />Friday, March 22, 2002 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />8:05 a,m, <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was reconvened <br />at The Radisson Hotel Denver Southeast3200 South Parker road, Aurora, <br />Colorado 80014 at 8:05 a,m, on March 22, 2001. The meeting was called to <br />order by Chairman Don Schwindt. Eight voting members were present at the <br />call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required), Board members <br />present on this date were Eric Wilkinson, Greg Hoskin, Keith Catlin, Harold <br />Miskel, Bob Burr, Ray Wright, Greg Walcher, Don Schwindt, Rod Kuharich, <br />Felicity Hannay (representing the Attorney General Ken Salazar and counsel <br />to the Board and Linda Bassi also from the AG staff, Will Burt representing <br />State Engineer Hal Simpson and Don Ament Commissioner of Agriculture. <br /> <br />ISa.
