4.7.4 Provide a statement that the key personnel's duties will not be delegated. In
the event of award of a contract and that key personnel assigned become not
available for the specific work, contractor must provide replacements with
comparable backgrounds and experience subject to DNR approval and
acceptance. Failure to provide adequate replacement personnel may result in
contract termination.

Van Schooneveld and Co" Inc. does not currently foresee any circumstances which
would result in changes in the planned project team as described above. However.
if such an event should arise, Van Schooneveld and Co" Inc, will replace team
members with other personnel with comparable backgrounds and experience
subject to DNR's approvaL
