A perpetual easement for construction, operation, maintenance
and repair or reconstruction of a water transmission pipeline of '
the Town of Meeker described as follows;

Commencing at Angle Point 3 of Tract 94 lying in Section 30,
TIN, R93W of the 6th P.M., County of Rio Blanco, State of '
Colorado;

the existing fence bwtween parcels described in Book 338
Page 167 and Book 267 Page 210 lying in Section 29 in said
TIN, R93W, said point being the True Point of Beginning of said
easement described as being 25 feet on either side of the followinb
described centerline;
