We <br />have examined originals, or copies certified or otherwise identified to our satisfaction, of the <br />following: <br /> <br />(a) <br />Town; <br /> <br />the Loan Agreement (the "Loan Agreement") by and between the Board and the <br /> <br />(b) the proceedings of the governing body of the Town relating to the approval of the <br />Loan Agreement and the execution, issuance and delivery thereof on behalf of the Town, and <br />the authorization of the undertaking and completion of the Project (as defined in the Loan <br />Agreement); <br /> <br />We have also examined and relied upon originals, or copies certified or otherwise <br />authenticated to our satisfaction, of such other records, documents, certificates and other <br /> <br />RCW\53976\164758.1 <br />
