<br />."':J <br />L. .. <br />" <br /> <br />..<,', <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS <br />CONSENT TO PARITY STATUS <br /> <br />The Town of Lyons has requested the Colorado Department of Local Affairs <br />("DOLA") to consent to the Town's pledge of its water system revenues for <br />repayment of a loan from the Colorado Water Conservation Soard ("CWCS") in the <br />amount of $280,500, and to consent to parity status of the CWCS's lien on the water <br />system revenues with the DOLA's lien on those revenues, which have also been <br />pledged to repay the Town's 1990 Energy Impact Assistance Fund loan from the <br />DOLA. <br /> <br />The DOLA has reviewed the Town's Parity Lien Test dated August 19, 1996 <br />arid hereby consents to parity status for the CWCS's lien on the Town's water <br />revenues, as established in CWCS Loan Contract C153721, with the DOLA's lien on <br />said revenues. <br /> <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS <br /> <br />Date: C(,~tp -9rp <br /> <br />By: <br />Jerry Smit <br /> <br />
