<br />All that certain storage reservoir known as Peterson Lake Reservoir,
<br />located in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, the Southwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest; Quarter (SW1/4 SW 1/4) of Section 23, the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW'1/4 NW 1/4) of Section 26, and the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section 27, Township 7
<br />North, Range 75 West of the Sixth P.M" together with all dams, embankments,
<br />inlet ditches, outlet gates, and outl~t ditches, and all improvements,
<br />constructions, and appurtenances conn~cted therewith, expressly including all
<br />rights now owned or hereafter acquire~ in and to the Trap Creek inlet ditch,
<br />having its head gate in Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 75 West of the

<br />initiated by the construction or use of said Reservoir and said ditches and
<br />all enlargements or extensions thereof, together with all maps, plats,
<br />statements, and ,f.i-l ings made', therefor and part i cular1 y that certain map and
<br />statement recorded October 17, 1921 in File No. 1031 of the records of the
<br />County Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado and all easements from
<br />the United States appurtenant to the Reservoir.

<br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging or is anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
<br />reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the
<br />grantor, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above-bargained premises,
<br />with the hereditaments and appurtenances.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises bargained and described, with the
<br />appurtenances, unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever. And the
<br />grantor, for himself, his heirs and personal representatives, does covenant,
<br />grant, bargain and agree to and with the grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br />that at the time of the ensea1ing and delivery of these presents, he is well
