The Contractor s~all have a feasibility report prepared <br />and directed to the prOblem of enlarging and re~abilitating the <br />dams of Comanche, Peterson, and Twin Lakes in accordance with a <br />proposal tor a project feasibility report prepared by the <br />consultinq engineering firm of Morrison-Knudsen Enqineers, Inc. <br />(the Consultant), and approved by the State, received June 16. <br />1986, which proposal is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a <br />part of this contract. <br /> <br />2. Fitteen (15) copies ot the tinal report called tor in <br />this contract ehall be furniehed to the State not later t~an <br />October 31, 1986, unless such time is extended by mutual <br />agreement ot the parties hereto in writing. <br /> <br />3. As compensation tor the services ot the Contractor, the <br />State shall pay to the Contractor the sum of Sixty-Eiq~t <br />Thousand rive Hundred Sixty Dollars <'68,560) in the manner <br />tOllowing: <br /> <br />a. Sixty percent (60\), to wit, Forty-One Thousand one <br />Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ('41,136) ot the total amount <br />due in two (2) monthly installments ot Twenty Thousand <br />rive Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars <'20,568) each, commencinq <br />on August I, 1986. <br /> <br />b.
