The Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance covering the management. operation. and maintenance of the project until it completes repayment. to the State in at least the following amQunts: a. Adjust its operating costs and service charges from time to time to provide for adequate operation and maintenance, emergency repair services, obsolescence reserves, and debt reserves. 10. Provide the State with such periOdic reports a~ the State may require and permit periOdic inspections of its operations and accounts by a designated representative of the State. 11. Prior to November I, 1987, notify in writing every property owner within the Contractor1s boundaries of the assessment amOUnt which the property owner is required to pay to the Contractor in calendar year 1987. as provided by Article 5 of Title 37 CRS, to enable the Contractor to meet it$ repayment Obligation to the State. The Contractor shall collect the required amounts in a timely fashion and shall make payments to the State as required by clause A.Il. of this contract and clauses A.B. and A.12. of contracts C-153363 and C-153399. respectively, between the State and the Conttactor. \ Performance of the notice and collection requirements of this paragraph shall not excuse non-performance of any other requirements of this contract. 12.
