<br />WHEREAS, required approval, clearance and . ation have been accomplished from and with appropriate agencies; and

<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the pro , ns of 30-60-119 and 37-60-120, Colorado
<br />Revised StatUtes, the state is authorize to loan money for the construction of water
<br />projects for the benefit of the people of the state provided that the Contractor assures
<br />repayment of that money; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Contractor equired Sixty-Three Thousand Twenty-Six
<br />Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($6 , 26.78) from the State to complete the project; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to reduce the principal amount of this loan to
<br />the actual amount advanced by the State, said Sixty-Three Thousand Twenty-Six Dollars
<br />and Seventy-Eight Cents ($63,026.78).
