-� ; AGREEMENT FOR CONSIILTZNG AND SOFTAARE DEVELOPMEN'i' SERVICES PLATORO OPERATIONS MODEL THIS AGREEMENT is made this �i day of �,a,.,. � , 1992 by and between Hydrosphere Resource C nsultants, Inc. ("Hydrosphere") and the Conejos Water Conservancy District ("District") for engineering consulting and software development services in connection with development of the Platoro Reservoir Operations Model ("Model"). RECITALB WHEREAS, the District .desires to have developed a computer model of the operations of Platoro Reservoir and dependent irrigation water delivery systems for the purpose of evaluating various operating strategies of the reservoir. WHEREAS, the District is identified as the Contractor for development of an operational model for Platoro Reservoir described in the Computer Modelling Cantract with the Colorado Water Conservation Board dated , 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto as Appendix A. WHEREAS, the District wil.l consult with and set forth in this Agreement, from the Colorado Board or its designee during the execution of the 3evelopment of the Model. seek approvals, as Water Conservation this Agreement and WHEREAS, Hydrosphere provides professional engineering consulting and software development services to the public concerning such matters and represents that it is fully qualified to perform the services needed by the District in connection with the development of the Model. NOW, THEREFORE, Hydrosphere and the District hereby agree as follows: CONTRACT This Agreement, and attachments hereto, constitute the entire agreement between Hydrosphere and the District for development and use of the Model.
