THIS AMENDMENT, made this � day of �_��,�� , 1992, by and between the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Water Conservation Board), hereinafter "the State", and Conejos Water Conservancy District, 318 Main Street, Manassa, Colorado, 81141, hereinafter "the Contractor". WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor entered into a Computer Modelling Contract dated May 21, 1992 for the loan of $50,000 to finance development of an operational model for Platoro Dam and Reservoir ("the Platoro Model"); and WHEREAS, paragraph 3 of the Computer Modelling Contract requires delivery of the Platoro Model to the Contractor no later than December 1, 1992, and delivery to the State within 10 days of receipt by the Contractor; and WHEREAS, the Computer Modelling Contract was not fully executed by the State and returned to the Contractor until August 19, 1992; and WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor wish to extend the deadline in paragraph 3 to allow the Contractor adequate time to develop and complete the Platoro Model. NOw, TAEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that paragraph 3 of the Computer Modelling Contract is amended to allow delivery of the Platoro Model and the other final work products to the Contractor no later than April 1, 1993.
