of the water system, it is not considered economically feasible to upgrade

protection to meet the I.S.O. recommended criteria. Complete adherence to

the criteria would require replacement of major portions of the distribution

system. Therefore, it appears to be advisable to concentrate on providing

facilities which will allow rapid refilling of the fire tanker trucks. Fire

hydrants should be added to the distribution system to minimize travel and

refill times for the fire trucks.
