A. District Boundaries

I

According to the notice to the Jefferson County Assessors dated December

12, 1963, related to the organization of the Brook Forest Wacer District, the

boundaries of the district include property located within the County of

Jefferson, State of Colorado.. The said property 1S located within the follow-

ing tracts described generally as follows:

- The East 1/2 of Section 36, Township 5 South, Range 72 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, Jefferson County, Colorado.

- The Southeast 1/4,and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section

30, Township 5 South, Range 71 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Jeffer-

son County, Colorado.

- The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 5 South, Range
71 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Jefferson County, Colorado.

- The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 5 South,

Range 71 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Jefferson County, Colorado.

A small parcel located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section

31, and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30 are excepted from

the above described properties and are not included in the district,

A map showing the location of the district boundaries is presented in

Figure-2. This map was prepared usiog the U.S. Geological Survey's Conifer

and Meridian Hill quadrangle sheets. The topographic features of the district's

service area are presented in the map in the form of 40 foot contour intervals.
