As our contract
with you allows a total payment of $13,325 by the State on this study we will have to amend
that contract to increase the encumbrance amount up to $13,946.90 before we can pay the
additional $621.90 you requested.

Please call and advice me if you want to proceed with the contract amendment. If
you do, it will probably take two or three months before we can pay you the $621.90 overrun
on this study.

Very truly yours,

(f~ {fi, ~

Frank M.
