The <br />proposed cost of the study is $45,366. On May 15, 1987, the Colorado <br />,iater Conservation Board authorized monies to be allocated from the <br />CWCB Construction Fund to fund 50% of the study costs. As a result of <br />this authorization, the cost of the feasibility study will be paid <br />equally by the CWCB and the City of Greeley. The CWCB's authorized <br />funding for this study shall be considered a part of this project's <br />total cost and shall be repaid to the Construction Fund in full wi th <br />interest (5% per annum) if the project is found to be feasible and if <br />subsequently built with CWCB Construction Fund monies, or if built <br />within ten (10) years with other monies. <br /> <br />This letter confirms the City of Greeley's ability and intent to <br />provide funding for 50% of the cost of this engineering feasibility! <br />study, an expenditure of $22,683.
