No <br />payme~ts shall be made to the Contractor undee <br />this conteact unless copies of cur cent <br />certiticates of all such insueance have been <br />obtai~ed by the Contractoe and filed with the <br />State. Such filing of cue cent certificates shall <br />be accomplished before the beginning of <br />construction. Notices of renewals of said <br />pOlicies shall also be filed with the State as <br />they occue. <br /> <br />6. Permit peeiodic inspection of consteuction by <br />authorized representatives of the State during and after <br />construction. <br /> <br />7. Without expense to the.State. manage. operate. and <br />maintain the project continuously in an efficient and <br />economical manner. and assume all legal liability for such <br />management. operation. and maintenance. The Contractor agrees <br />to indemnify and hold the State haemless from any liability <br />incurred by the State as a result of the StateJs inteeest in <br />the project facilities and any othee peopecty identified in <br />paragraph B.12. belOW. The Contractor shall maintain <br />comprehensive geneeal liability insueance covering the <br />management. opeeation. and maintenance of the peoject trom the <br />time it accepts the constructed project as substantially <br />completed until it completes repayment to the State. in at <br />least the following amounts: <br /> <br /> <br />I~ <br /> <br />a.
