Section 4. Re~usal to Deliver Water. The Board o~
Directors, or any person acting under it, shall have ~ull
autt10rity to close the diversion gates Q~ any stockholder
whose assessments are past due (i.e., more than thirty days
after notice of assessments is delivered or mailed.) The
company shall also be authorized to re~use to deliver water
to any stockholder who does not ccmply with these by-laws or
any other rules which the Board of Directors may be
authorized to adopt under these by-laws with respect to the
distribution o~ water and which have been regularly adopted
and put into e'F~ect.
