BYLAWS OF CHIPPERFIELD LANE DITCH

ARTICLE I - NAME OF ORGANIZATION

SECTION 1 - The name of the organization shall be
Chipperfield Lane Ditch Incorporated.

SECTION 2 - Location and service area is:
A. LEGAL: The land is located in the SW 1/4 of
section 26, the SE 1/4 ~I section 27, the NE 1/4 of section
34 and the NW 1/4 of section 35 all in T 6 S, R 92 W, of the
6th P. M.

B. PHYSICAL: The location is about 5 miles south of
Silt, Colorado. This Ditch is located along the south side
of Garfield County Road 326. The land irrigated form this
system is located on both sides of the same county road and
east of Garfield County Road 331 going east for about 1 1/2
mile.

ARTICLE II - PURPOSE

SECTION 1 - The purpose of this company shall be for the
management of the Ditch for the landowners whose properties
are irrigated with water from this ditch.

SECTION 2 - To manage, upgrade, maintain, repair, clean, and
when necessary reconstruct the ditch in the best interests
of all members.

ARTICLE III - MEMBERS

SECTION 1 - Members will be property owners, in good
standing, who own or lease water shares or own water rights
in the Chipperfield Lane Ditch and whose properties are
located within the lateral service area described in Article
I.

SECTION 2 - Share certificates will not be issued to
members.

SECTION 3 - Membership in the organization will be retracted
upon the sale of the property affected and membership can be
transferred to the new owner(s). Any indebtedness that is
still owed will be either paid off or transferred to the new
owner(s) .
