The NRCS cost breakdown <br />for the project is given below in Table 2, Operation and maintenance costs for this project are <br />expected to be minimal over the next twenty years. <br /> <br />Table 2. Section 401 <br />certification by the State of Colorado is not required in the absence of a 404 Permit process. The <br />Colorado State Highway Department requires a Utility Permit that will allow partial closure of <br />the highway during construction, This will be obtained before starting construction, <br /> <br />Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />Entities that are, or may be, involved in the design, construction, and financing of the project <br />include: <br /> <br />Pine River Canal Company (PRCC); financing, project management <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB); financing and construction, <br /> <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS); design and construction <br /> <br />Pine River Canal Company <br />Tunnel Hill Project Feasibility Study <br />January 1999 <br /> <br />Page 12 of 15 <br />
