I <br /> <br />Mesa County Irrigation Company has approved the enclosed <br />contracts as to form, with the exception of paragraph 2 <br />of the longer agreement, Paragraph 2 addresses the issue <br />of funding. It is our belief that this matter remains open- <br />ended, Thus, when the issue of available funding is resolved, <br />paragraph 2 will be resubmitted to the board for its <br />consideration.
