Unit 80-00-501, <br />WHEREAS. re4uired approval. clearanl.:e and coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate <br />agencies: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the State and the Contractor entered into a <br />contract dated February 10. 1986. contract encumbrance number <br />C153273. which contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is <br />hereby incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the termination date of said contract is March 31. <br />1986: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the State desires to extend the said termination <br />date because information needed' from the U.S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation. in order to accomplish the tasks called for by the <br />said contract. has not yet been provided to the State. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. the State and the Contractor agree that: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph numbered 8 of that certain contract dated <br />February 10. 1986. is hereby amended by deleting the <br />words "March 31. 1986" and inserting in lieu thereof <br />the words IlJune 30. 198611. <br /> <br />2.
