<br />Reimbursable expenses such as outside reproduction, subconsultants, laboratory testing, field testing, telephone tolls,
<br />photographS and other miscellaneous expenses will be billed at cost + 10%. Rates are in effect until December 31,2002
<br />and may be superseded by a new schedule after that date.

<br />Work will be biUed at Farnsworth Group's option either upon completion of services or on a monthly basis. Invoices are
<br />payable within 30 days. One and one-half percent per month interest may be charged on amounts outstanding over 60
<br />days,
<br />
<br />"'Survey crew rates include fully-equipped crews with total stations and data collectors, plus all standard materials,
<br />equipment. and mileage. Out of town mileage will be charged only if identified in the agreement to provide Professional
<br />Land 8U1veying Services.
