<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The greatest unknown is the level of participation from <br />Fairfield/Pagosa, Crossroads Development and Wolf Creek Valley. <br />Information presented herein has used existing data to determine many of <br />the basic assumptions concerning population and water use proj ections. <br />Direct input from entities other than the town has not been solicited. A <br />review and comment period by the other entities prior to sizing a reservoir <br />may help in financing decisions made during the feasibility study. This <br />would allow verification of projected water usage, population and levels of <br />financial participation. <br /> <br />Other potential customer for water from the Turkey Creek Project may <br />be irrigators and other developers. An attempt will be made to explore <br />participation by these entities during the feasibility study. <br /> <br />By extrapolating between reservoir sizes the costs for reservoirs to <br />meet project needs can be derived. Creek with an expenditure of $8,430,000 (Option A) <br />or $7,760,000 (Option B). By enlarging the scope of the project, to include the <br />surrounding developments, the cost would increase to $10,400,000 (Option A) or <br />$9,500,000 (Option B). <br /> <br />1-6 <br />
