All money paid to the SWSP Enterpr1.se by the Allottee under this Contract shall <br />be kept In separate accounts from all other accounts of the SWSP Enterprise or <br />the DIstr1ct and shall be used only for PlpelJne purposes as specified In this <br />Contract. <br /> <br />7. F'ttm~ted D..m~n.d and DelJverv Schedule. CommenCing In the year In whIch <br />the PlpelJne becomes operational and on or before December 1 of each year thereafter. Allottee <br />shall provide the SWSP Enterprise With an estimated demand and del1very schedule for the <br />use of Its capadty. not to exceed the amount allotted herein. for the follOWIng calendar year. <br />This schedule shall contain the time and quantities of water whJch Allottee esumates It shall <br />require to be transmitted by the PlpelJne. nus schedule may be mod1fled by the Allottee from <br />ume to time as the need warrants. In Its sole dlscretion. Within the physical capabilities of the <br />PlpeUne. <br /> <br />8. Payment of Charll:es. <br /> <br />a. Payment of the costs for annual administration. operation and maintenance. <br />Including repalr. shall be the responsibility of the PartJclpants which shall be <br />allocated on the same percentages which determine each PartJcipant"s <br />Construction Costs.
