ARTICLE VI The waters diverted and stored by this corporation are to be used for beneficial purposes in the irrigation of lands, and for domestic use. ARTICLE VII The total authorized capital stock of this corporation shall be divided into 22,4124,616 shares, all of which shall be without nominal or par value; it being the intention of the incorporators herein that there shall be one share of stock for each acre of land irrigated under said system, Each person, individual, partnership, or corporation entitles to use water under and through said system shall be entitled to receive one (1) share of stock or a fraction thereof for each acre or fraction thereof of land owned and irrigated by, through or under said system by each such person, individual, partnership or corporation. Each share of stock shall entitle the holder thereof to the use of water from said system for irrigating and domestic purposes, in that proportion so all of the water in said system which is equal to the proportion which his or its share of stock bears to the whole number of shares of stock issued and outstanding; it being expressly understood that each individual owner a user of water under said system shall be entitled to use and have the same amount of water, and the same rights to said water and use thereof, as he or it, has heretofore been entitled to and enjoyed. ARTICLE VIII Our said corporation is to have perpetual existence.
