11. That all of the irrigation wells. being Wells 1-5

and 7-15. have been constructed with reasonable diligence. and
have been applied to beneficial use in the irrigation of lands,
and that applicants are entitled to decrees in the amounts set
out in paragraph 7 of these findings with appropriation dates
as set out in paragraph 6 of these findings with the right to
i'nterconnect sa:l:d wells with a pipeline or pipelines for the
irriga,ion of not to exceed 2025 acres with an annual limitation
of .8100 acre feet as prescribed by the State Engineer.
