The current land use immediately to the east of the reservoir is also

agriculture, which 1S expected to be developed into low to medium density

residential in the future. The area to the southeast of the reservoir, however,

is currently single family residential and has been developed immediately adjacent

to the periphery of the dam. The Greenlee Reservoir is situated north of the

dam and is expected to remain as open space.
