Your contr~cc is in effect as of <br />September 19, 1996 and is scheduled t~expire on December 31, 2001. <br /> <br />Please review the items contained in the Special provisions section of <br />your contract. In particular, you should review part 1 - Payments, <br />and part 2 - Time Schedule. The NRCS will cost-share up to 70% of the <br />cost to install a practice not to exceed the average cost as <br />established in the NRCS cost docket. Also, you must begin <br />construction of a cost-shared practice within the first 12 months of <br />your contract. <br /> <br />The following Contract Item Numbers (CIN's) are scheduled to be <br />completed in 1997: <br /> <br />CIN <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br /> <br />FIELD <br />UN <br />UN <br />UN <br /> <br />Practice <br />Structure for Water Control <br />Underground Pipeline <br />Structure for Water Control <br /> <br />Extent <br />1 <br />11750 feet <br />1 <br /> <br />Be sure to keep all receipts for work done on each CIN, and inform <br />this office when you begin construction of a CIN. If you intend to <br />hire a contractor to do any of the CIN's, I strongly recommend that <br />you obtain at least 3 bids. We maintain a list of contractors and <br />would be glad to provide you a copy. <br /> <br />.' . . .' ..' t , <br />If, for any reason, ,you cannot complete a CIN as scheduled or you need <br />to change the design of a practice, you must inform us prior to any <br />changes.
