P1HCE <br /> <br />Dear Bill: <br /> <br />Grand Valley Irrigation Company has approved the enclosed <br />contracts as to form, with the exception of paragraph 2 <br />of the longer agreement. Paragraph 2 addresses the issue <br />of funding. It is our belief that this matter remains open- <br />ended. Thus, when the issue of available funding is resolved, <br />paragraph 2 will be resubmitted to the board for its <br />consideration. Note that paragraph 2 is somewhat "generic" <br />in its nature. Once the dollars and cents are worked out, <br />we will undoubtedly take a second look at the proposals earlier <br />submitted to you. It could well be that paragraph 2 will <br />be revised substantially in order to conform with our estimates <br />of costs.
