<br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-92 <br />Series of 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN AGREEMENTS AND <br />DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF WATER <br />RIGHTS THROUGH THE CLINTON DITCH AND RESERVOIR <br />COMPANY, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE TOWN <br />OFFICERS TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENTS AND <br />DOCUMENTS AND SETTING FORTH DETAILS IN RELATION <br />THERETO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Dillon, Colorado <br />has determined it is in the public interest that the Town acquire <br />additional water rights; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town can obtain additional water rights through <br />participation in the Clinton Ditch and Reservoir Company. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE <br />TOWN OF DILLON, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS: ' <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Board of Trustees finds that it is in the <br />best interest of the Town of Dillon to enter into the following <br />agreements in furtherance of obtaining additional water rights: <br /> <br />a. Clinton Reservoir - Fraser River Purchases' Agreement <br /> <br />b. Clinton Reservoir - Fraser River Water Agreement <br /> <br />c. Reservoir Purchase Agreement between Clinton Ditch and <br />Reservoir Company and Climax Molybdenum Company. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the appropriate Town officers are hereby <br />authorized to sign the necessary documents authorizing the Town to <br />participate in the Clinton Ditch and Reservoir Company. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2BTH DAY OF JULY, 1992, BY THE BOARD <br />OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF DILLON, COLORADO. <br /> <br />TOWN OF DILLON <br />a Colorado municipal corporation <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Florine P.
