recorded in a baak marked "Ordinance Recard" kept far that

in full together with a notice giving the date when the Ordinance
w.ould be presented far final passage and again by number and
title .only t.ogether with a n.otice .of the final passage thereaf in
The Coloradaan, a newspaper .of general circulatian published in
the City, in its issues .of July 10, 1988, and July 24, 1988, as
evidenced by the certificates .of the publisher attached hereta at
pages 13 and 14. I further certify that the foregaing pages 1
thraugh 11, inclusive, canstitute a true and carrect capy .of the
record .of the praceedings of the Cauncil at its afaresaid regular
meetings, insafar as the proceedings relate ta the Ordinance;
that the praceedings were duly had and taken, that the meetings
were duly held; and that the persans were present at the meetings
as therein shawn.
