The money will <br />be used to determine the specific water resource components to include in the project and to <br />prCfJtH('; u ucLuil<;cJ fJl..." (Uf it:; opun:tlion. Th6 pn:..j6(;t will prolect L^WM^':; IIlculLur:; (nnll <br />probable curtailments by the State Engineer and, thereby, will preserve an economy that is <br />important in the state and critical to the local area. A benefit of the project, in addition to the <br />preservation of the local economy, will be its help in solving the difficult problem of well <br />administration in the Arkansas River basin.
