<br />3. If this contract Involves the payment of more than S50,OOO.OO for the construction, erection,
<br />re~alr, maintenance, or Improvements of any building, road, bridge, viaduct. tunnel, excav3tlon or other
<br />public work for this State. the cootrdctor shall. before enterIng upon toe perfor~ance of any such work
<br />Included In this contract, duly execute and deliver to and file with the official whose signature appears
<br />belo~ for the State, a good and sufficient band or other acceptable surety to be approved by said offi-
<br />cial In a penal sum not less than ona-half of the total amount pay~ble by the terms of this contract.
<br />Such bond shall be duly e~ecuted by a qualified corporate surety. conditioned for the due and faithful
<br />p9rformence of the contract, ~nd In ~ddltlon, shall provide that If the contractor or his 5ubcontr~ctors
<br />fall to duly pay for any labor, materials, taam hire. sustenance, provisions, provendor or other supplies
<br />used or consumed by such contr~ctor or his subcontractor In performance of the work contracted to be

<br />5. The contractor agre~ to comply with the letter and spirit of the Colorado Antldlscrl~lnatlon
