<br />" <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMEN1. <br />STANDARD FORMA T <br />(STATE FORM 6-AC-02-A) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT PROPOSAL <br />(including Design Services Schedule, attached)) <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The consultant must provide an engineering report (hard copy as well as in electronic form) that <br />includes the following: <br /> <br />a, A description of the Snowmass Creek water rights administration, including relevant call <br />records (in the Roaring Fork River and/or Colorado River) that may impact water availability <br />for the Snowmass Divide Ditch. Current call records and water rights tabulation may be <br />obtained from the Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR). <br /> <br />b, A description of the subject water right that The Conservation Fund has donated to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board ("donated right") under the donation agreement of <br />January 12, 1998, Copy of the donation agreement is available at the CWC8. <br /> <br />c, A map and/or a straight-line diagram of the relevant water rights on Snowmass Creek and <br />the Roaring Fork River. Reference diagrams/maps may be obtained from the DWR, <br />Division Engineer's Office in Glenwood Springs, <br /> <br />d. A map, delineating the parcel(s) historically irrigated under the Snowmass Divide Ditch for <br />the period of 1975 - present. This map should be based on aerial photography and/or site <br />inspection. . <br /> <br />e, A description of historical water availability and water use for the Snowmass Divide Ditch <br />donated right. This shall include analysis of water supplylwater demand, historic <br />consumptive use, depletion and return flow patterns relative to water supply, irrigated <br />acreage, and any other relevant information. <br /> <br />f. A description and analysis of the vested water rights that may be affected by this change of · <br />use, including proposed terms and conditions to prevent injury to other vested water rights, <br /> <br />g, Any other relevant documents that the consultant foresees necessary for the success of this <br />project. <br /> <br />h. A copy of all relevant data, spreadsheets, models, graphs, maps in electronic form. <br />
