This report is sUbmitted in <br />accordance with our contract with the Town dated September 8, 1975 and <br />our contract with the Colorado Water Conservation Board dated May 15, <br />1976. <br /> <br />The preparation of this report is based on the Colorado Water Conser- <br />. vation Board requirements.
