The <br />Board also approved a $5000 grant to complete the feasibility study, <br /> <br />The CWCB approved a loan term of 15 years at an interest rate 00.75%, I have attached a copy of <br />the updated Board memo concerning the Boulder and Left Hand Irrigation Company, Please refer <br />to page 3 of that memo and to the section "Action Taken by ,the CWCB, March 10,1998", <br /> <br />When the Board approves a Small Project Loan there remain several conditions: <br /> <br />a, A Feasibility Studv must be completed, The CWCB has set aside grant funds of up to <br />$5000 to pay for the study, The study is usually completed by your engineer, III <br />accordance with the CWCB Guidelines, I will call you to discuss this requirement. <br /> <br />b, An approved contract must be in place before funds can be advanced, Jan Illian will <br />contact you concerning our contracting procedure, It usually takes about 2 months to <br />complete the contract. <br /> <br />c, You must adhere to the CWCB Design and Construction Administration Procedures, <br />Mike Serlet will contact you regarding the CWCB requirements concerning design and <br />bidding of the construction project. Mike will make construction inspections, which will <br />be the basis of the monthly pay estimates for disbursements of your loan funds, <br />
