The new loan amooot is $100,000, It is our ooderstanding the loan <br />funds will be used to rehabilitate the Twin Lakes outlet structure and incorporate a new spillway, <br /> <br />The CWCB approved a loan tenn of20 years at an interest rate of3,75%, I have attached a copy of <br />the updated Board memo concerning the Boulder and Left Hand Irrigation Company, Please refer <br />to page 3 of that memo and to the section "Action taken by the CWCB Nov, 22, 1999," <br /> <br />When the Board approves a Small Project Loan there remain several conditions: <br /> <br />a) A Feasibility Study must be completed, We have reviewed the Feasibility of the Repair of the <br />Outlet Works and Construction of a new Spillway at Twin Lakes, and find that the report fully <br />meets the requirements of the CWCB Construction Food Guidelines for feasibility studies, <br />Based on this we have approved final payment of the $5,000 CWCB grant to help fund the <br />study, <br /> <br />b) An approved contract must be in place before funds can be advanced, Jan IIlian will contact <br />you concerning our contracting procedure, It usually' takes about 2 months to complete the <br />contract. <br /> <br />c)' You must adhere to theCWCB Design and Construction Administration Procedures, Tim <br />Feehan will contact you regarding the CWCB requirements concerning design and bidding of <br />the construction project. Tim will make construction inspections, which will be the basis of the <br />monthly pay estimates for disbursement of your loan funds, <br />
