Since a <br />considerable amount of the work done in 1974 in preparing the original <br />report for the town of Eagle will be used in this report, and since the <br />town has already paid $2,700, the town of Eagle respectfully requests <br />that this $2,700 be deducted from their st.are of the fees. This will <br />mean that if the Colorado Water Conservation Board elects to finance <br />fifty percent (50%) of this study, the town would be responsible for <br />$300, and the CWCB would be responsible for $3,000.
