The Articles ofIncorporation and the Company's Bylaws are included in Appendix <br />B. The company was incorporated in 1872 and has been in continuous existence and operation <br />and has delivered irrigation water since its inception. The first water deliveries were from their <br />direct flow rights from the Saint V rain River and at the turn of the century the Company started <br />construction of several storage reservoirs. <br /> <br />The company's facilities are located in Boulder County, Colorado and are located to the north <br />of Longmont, Colorado. Their facilities consist of Highland Reservoir #1 (capacity 978 acre- <br />feet), Highland Reservoir #2 (capacity 3712 acre-feet), Highland Reservoir #3 (capacity 1669 <br />acre-feet), McIntosh Reservoir (capacity 2459 acre-feet), 49% of Beaver Reservoir (capacity 2160 <br />acre-feet), Foothills Reservoir (capacity 4320 acre-feet). Their system also includes <br />approximately 26 miles of main supply ditch and approximately 15 miles of extension and lateral <br />ditches from Mulligan Reservoir. The company owns direct flow rights from the Saint Vrain <br />River and also owns 20 units of CBT water.
