The plans <br />and specifications for any bridge, headgate or other structure to be located within the <br />Company easement must be submitted to the Board prior to approval of a license <br />agreement between the Company and the licensee, A fee is required for each license <br />agreement entered into by the Highland Ditch Company, <br /> <br />8.2 The maintenance and repair of any bridges or other improvements which cross <br />the Highland Ditch is the responsibility of the owner of the land on which the bridge or <br />other improvements is located, <br /> <br />8,3 No new headgates shall be placed on the Highland Ditch without prior approval <br />by the Board of Trustees and the Ditch Superintendent. Any.new headgates approved by <br />the Board of Trustees shall be installed under the direct supervision of the Ditch <br />Superintendent with all reasonable costs (including legal and engineering) incurred by the <br />Company to be paid by the shareholder. <br /> <br />8.4 Pumping of water directly from the Highland Ditch is not allowed. Any water <br />pumped shall first be measured thru a measuring device, <br /> <br />ARTICLE IX <br /> <br />TRANSFER AND ENCUMBRANCE OF SHARE CERTIFICATES <br /> <br />9,1 The Company shall transfer share certificates upon the following: <br /> <br />5 <br />
