4,3 All leases or temporary transfers of a shareholder's individual allotment or
leased CST water which transfers the use out of the Highland Ditch must be made in
writing to the Company office,

ARTICLE V

ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF WATER

5.1 All water orders are to be placed one day prior to delivery by phone or in
person with the secretary of the Ditch Company at the Company's office at 4309 Highway
66, Longmont CO 80504, Water ordering hours shall be as follows:
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Weekends and Holidays
An answering machine is available for messages outside of the above hours,
Callers are asked to leave the time and date of their call to determine when the order will
be filled, Messages left without a time and date cannot be guaranteed for accurate
processing,

5,2 Orders must total a minimum of 40 inches as a condition to making any
releases from the Highland Reservoirs, The Superintendent may approve releases of
lesser amounts in special circumstances,

5,3 All water is to be measured by company employees thru a measuring device,
All diversion boxes installed are subject to the supervision and control of the
Superintendent of the Company. Headgates may only be set or adjusted by the
Company's employees, It is against Company policy and against the law for any person
to interfere with the delivery of the water by the Company, Any shareholder who tampers
with a headgate or interferes with delivery of water by the Company will will be subject to
all legal remedies available to the Company,

5.4 Direct flow water will be allocated on a day to day basis by the ditch
superintendent.

5,5 Priority of use of the reservoirs, ditches and canals shall be: (1) carriage of
direct flow or storage water to shareholders; and (2) delivery of CST water to shareholders,
All deliveries of water shall be reduced by a transit loss determined by the superintendent.
Transit loss shall be applied equally to all shareholders regardless of the point of delivery
to that shareholder,

5,6 Stockholders shall notify the Highland office in writing on or before delivery of
water each year the name(s) of persons and/ or tenants responsible for ordering water.
