<br />downstream end of the pipe described under (a); and,
<br />
<br />(c) Appurtenaoces and controls necessary for the operation of the
<br />system as described in (a) and (b); and,

<br />This Deed is made in accordance with that cert~in Contract heretofore
<br />entered into on the 15th day of September, 1980, by ano between the State of
<br />Colorado for the use and benefit of the Department of ~atural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) and TERRACE lRRIGATION COMP~, and in accordance with
<br />Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-120; PROVIDED HOWEVER. that upon repayment
<br />of funds as called for in the Contract dated September 15, 1980, as the same were
<br />made available by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37~60-119, the State of Colorado
<br />shall reconvey said property to the Grantor herein.
