1. To borrow not in excess 0[$100,000 from the Colorado Water Conservation
Board of the State ofColerade at an interest rate on ,5% per annum fer 30 years
for the purpose of constructing a new structure on the Petersen Ditch at it's
contluence with the Ledgepole Creek.
2, Te enter into one or more contracts for the purpose ofconstlUcting a new
structure, paying for such werk from the'proceeds of the loan with the Colerade
Water Conservancy Board and if the total cost is hi excess 0[$100,000, utilizing
ether revenues available to the District.
3. Te secure the repayment ofsums borrowed with interest by a lien on real property
ofthe District and by a pledge .of taxes and llSsessments .of the District and a
certificate of depesit in the amount of one annual payment,
