<br />" <br /> <br />SPECIAL'ETING, MARCH 1, 2001 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Board of Directors and Officers of the Julesburg Irrigation District was held <br />Thursday, March 1,2001 at 2:00 p.m, in the Community Room of the Courthouse, <br />Those attending were the following Directors and Officers: <br />George Dracon, President Lany Frame, Superintendent <br />Robert "Bud" Kinnison, Director Pam Collins, Secretary <br />Lawrence Lechman, Director <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by President, George Dracon, and discussion was had on the <br />proposed loan contract for the structure on the PeteresenlLodgepole confluence and the <br />amended contract with CWCB for renegotiation of the interest and loan life of the Outlet Loan <br />Contract, Lawrence made a motion to accept the Resolution in regards to the <br />Petersen/Lodgepole structure, with the Contract No. C 150060 for a principal sum of <br />$100,000,00, at an interest rate of3,5% for 30 years. Bud made the second and it was <br />approved unanimously, <br />Bud made a motion to accept an amendment to Contract No, CI53604 (Outlet Loan), <br />which in the future will be referred to as Contract No. CI 53604-Amendment No, 2. This <br />amendment will change the Outlet Loan which currently is a 40 year loan at an interest rate of <br />5% with a principal sum 0[$372,950,79 TO a 30 year loan at a rate of3,5% with the same <br />principal sum.
