Section 2 - Project Description A. Description of Project: Reconstruction of the Peterson ditch control structures on Lodgepole Creek, consisting of constructing a new 12-foot drop chute spillway that drops flood flows from the Peterson Ditch to the Lodgepole Creek and construction of a water control structure on the Peterson Ditch at a total cost of $145,000, B. Description of Feasibility Study: Feasibility report compiles by John Van Sciver, CWCB, and Glen Newlon, P,E" which is incorporated herein by reference, and, based upon this feasibility report, the CWCB determined the project to be technically and financially feasible. SECTION 3 - COLLATERAL Collateral. Part of the security provided for this loan, as evidenced by the executed Deed of Trust attached as Appendix 5 and incorporated herein, shall be an undivided one hundred percent (100%) interest in the Julesbur9 Reservoir as more completely described in said deed of trust. SECTION 4 - DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE The CWCB shall disburse the full loan amount to the Borrower in the following increments: 1. 50% of loan amount at award of construction contract 2. 40% of loan amount at 50% completion of the PROJECT as determined by the CWCB staff 3. Remaining loan amount upon substantial completion of the PROJECT as determined by the CWCB staff SECTION 5 - TIME FOR PERFORMANCE Project Beginning: Upon effective date of this contract Project Finish: Two (2) years from the effective date of this contract
