It should also be ordered that any captured flood water <br />be evacuated from the basin as soon as is safely possible to do so. <br /> <br />A copy of this inspection report should be transmitted to the Henrylyn Irriga- <br />tion District with a letter asking them to implement the above recommendations <br />and imposing the above operating restrictions. <br /> <br />~1~). ~~-J <br />Eric W.
