The <br />Work Plan is attached as Exhibit A and the detailed cost estimate is attached as Exhibit B. <br />Boili the Work Plan and the budget are acceptable to Brown and Caldwell. <br /> <br />The total cost for completing the tasks detailed in the Work Plan is $39,855 as shown in <br />Exhibit B. <br /> <br />The required schedule, as shown in Exhibit B calls for completion of all work within four <br />monilis of receiving a signed contract. This schedule isacceptableto Brown and Caldwell. <br /> <br />Therefore, we are prepared to start work on this project as soon as we can receive a signed <br />contract from you. <br /> <br />Thank you very much for selecting Brown and Caldwell for this project and we look <br />forward to working wiili you and Joe Busto. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
